Adela’s coaching style is grounded in the belief that every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Her role is not to give advice, but to be a thinking partner who helps you see yourself and your situation more clearly.

Transformative coaching integrates emotional intelligence, positive psychology and the science of neuroplasticity. Together, you explore the thoughts, beliefs and narratives that shape your choices — and experiment with new ways of seeing and responding.

Sometimes we are so used to our automatic thought processes that we can’t see them anymore. A coach acts as a mirror: reflecting back patterns, asking questions you might not ask yourself, and creating space to examine limiting beliefs with kindness rather than judgement.
