Transformative coaching focuses on the inner world: beliefs, emotions, self-talk, identity, values and long-term direction. Cognitive brain training focuses on how the brain processes information: attention, memory, processing speed and problem-solving.
When these worlds are integrated, change becomes more sustainable. A child who learns to focus better also needs confidence and self-belief. A leader who works on boundaries and clarity also benefits from better mental stamina and sharper thinking.
Because Adela is trained and experienced in both disciplines, she can recognise whether a client is blocked more by mindset, by cognitive skills — or by a mix of both — and adapt the work accordingly.
Adela is an ICF-accredited coach (PCC), senior cognitive trainer and ADHD coach, with years of experience supporting children, teens and adults through change, challenge and growth.
Adela’s work blends evidence-based coaching with cognitive and behavioural training. She helps clients understand both how they think and how their brain works — and then supports them in changing patterns that no longer serve them.
Above all, clients describe Adela as calm, warm and gently challenging — a partner who listens deeply, believes in their potential and stays alongside them as they practise new ways of thinking and being.
Sessions with Adela are collaborative and tailored. There is no one-size-fits-all protocol: each person arrives with their own story, nervous system, goals and constraints. The work adapts accordingly, using a mix of practical tools, reflective questions and structured training.
For children and teens, this often means combining play, curiosity and structure so that growth feels possible and safe. For adults, it might look like diving into beliefs and habits, then designing experiments and practices that can fit into demanding lives.
